AuraAsia88 Player Agreement

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the Player", "User", or "you") and AuraAsia88 (hereinafter "AuraAsia88", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the AuraAsia88 website, platform, and all related services made available therein.

AuraAsia88 operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform accessible to eligible players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is permitted. The Platform is accessible at auraasia88.cam and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and applications.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on AuraAsia88, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

AuraAsia88 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We will endeavour to notify registered users of material changes via the email address associated with their account.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

Account Eligibility

Registration and use of the AuraAsia88 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. Players who do not meet all requirements are strictly prohibited from registering an account or using the Platform:

1. Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. AuraAsia88 enforces a strict 21+ minimum age policy. Players found to be under the minimum age will have their accounts permanently closed and all funds forfeited.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
3. Jurisdictional Eligibility: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account.
4. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the AuraAsia88 platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same person is prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
5. No Restricted Persons: Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of AuraAsia88, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to register as Players.
6. Self-Exclusion Compliance: Persons who have previously applied for self-exclusion on AuraAsia88 are not eligible to register a new account during the active exclusion period.

Account Registration

To access real-money gaming products on AuraAsia88, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number.

You agree to maintain the accuracy of all account information and to update it promptly should any details change. AuraAsia88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence at any stage to verify the information provided during registration, including but not limited to a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or proof of address.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your login credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access your account.
• You must notify AuraAsia88 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• AuraAsia88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Account registration is free of charge. AuraAsia88 will never charge a fee for opening or maintaining a player account.

AuraAsia88 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration approval is not guaranteed and is subject to our internal assessment procedures, including identity verification and fraud screening checks.

Deposits & Withdrawals

AuraAsia88 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. Supported methods include Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and selected cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT).

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: RM30.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed.
• E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are typically credited to your AuraAsia88 account within minutes of confirmation.
• FPX online banking transfers are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes, subject to your bank's processing schedule.
• AuraAsia88 does not accept cash deposits or payments by postal order.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed during platform operating hours. AuraAsia88 targets e-wallet withdrawals within 5 minutes of approval and bank transfer withdrawals within 15 to 60 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method held in the same name as your registered AuraAsia88 account.
• KYC identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above applicable thresholds.
• AuraAsia88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or high-risk.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50. Withdrawal amounts are subject to method-specific limits as displayed in the Cashier section of your account.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.

Bonuses & Promotions

AuraAsia88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any additional specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. Each Player may claim each bonus offer once unless otherwise stated. AuraAsia88 reserves the right to determine Player eligibility for any promotion at its absolute discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus amount or any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x the bonus amount).
• Minimum Deposit: Most welcome bonuses require a minimum deposit of RM50 to activate. The specific minimum deposit applicable to each offer is stated in the promotion details.
• Maximum Bonus Amounts: Bonus amounts are capped as specified per offer (e.g., up to MYR 2,880 / MYR 888 / MYR 300). Deposits exceeding the applicable threshold do not result in a proportionally higher bonus.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Uncompleted bonuses will expire and be removed from the Player's account.
• Bonus Abuse: AuraAsia88 reserves the right to void bonuses, winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts where it reasonably suspects abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage betting, or the use of multiple accounts.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are specified in individual promotion terms. Sports betting and live casino games may contribute differently than slots.

Betting Rules

AuraAsia88 provides sports betting markets across a wide range of events including English Premier League (EPL) football, Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and esports markets. All sports wagers are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the Platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. AuraAsia88 will not accept requests to cancel or amend a wager after it has been accepted by the Platform, except as expressly permitted in applicable sport-specific rules.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that will apply to the wager, except in cases where a manifest pricing error has occurred. AuraAsia88 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds.
• AuraAsia88 reserves the right to set maximum stake limits on any market or event and to decline any bet at its absolute discretion without providing a reason.
• In the event of an event abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable settlement rules for that sport or market as published on the Platform.
• Mix Parlay bets require all selections to win for the bet to return a payout. A void selection within a Mix Parlay will typically reduce the number of active legs and recalculate the combined odds accordingly.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to delays inherent in live data transmission. AuraAsia88 is not responsible for discrepancies arising from network delays affecting the Player's view of a live event.

Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct on or in connection with the AuraAsia88 platform. Breach of any of the following provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the AuraAsia88 platform.
• Using false, fictitious, or third-party identity information during registration or verification.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or money laundering.
• Engaging in collusion, match fixing, or any form of coordinated betting fraud.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform without explicit written consent from AuraAsia88.
• Sharing, selling, or otherwise transferring account access to third parties.
• Placing wagers on behalf of any third party, including acting as an agent for undisclosed principals.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any component of the AuraAsia88 platform.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in relation to deposits made on the Platform.

Account Suspension & Closure

AuraAsia88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account, and to withhold or void any balance therein, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Discovery that the Player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• Reasonable belief that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Platform, other players, or third parties.
• Receipt of a valid legal order from a competent authority requiring account restriction.

Where account closure does not result from a breach of these Terms, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via a verified payment method following standard KYC checks. Bonus balances and wagering-requirement-locked winnings will not be returned upon voluntary or breach-related account closure.

Players may also choose to voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests involving self-exclusion for responsible gambling purposes will be actioned with priority — see Section 13.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, images, and other materials displayed on or forming part of the AuraAsia88 platform are the property of AuraAsia88 or its licensed content suppliers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, decompile, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of AuraAsia88.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AuraAsia88 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

AuraAsia88's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

AuraAsia88 makes no representation or warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk.

Privacy & Data

AuraAsia88 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes registration information, identity verification documents, transaction records, and device and usage data. This data is used to operate and improve the Platform, to fulfil our legal obligations including anti-money laundering and KYC requirements, and to communicate with Players regarding their accounts.

AuraAsia88 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law. Full details of our data practices are set out in our Privacy Policy.

Responsible Gambling

AuraAsia88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools available to all registered Players at no charge.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may configure maximum net loss limits over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions, after which the session will be automatically ended.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for temporary self-exclusion (minimum 7 days) or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within 24 hours of verification. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be suspended and all marketing communications will cease.
• Reality Checks: Players may configure periodic on-screen reminders displaying session duration and net activity.

AuraAsia88 enforces a minimum age of 21 years across all products. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AuraAsia88 holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first seek resolution through AuraAsia88's customer support escalation process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. Nothing in this clause shall preclude either party from seeking interim injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

For avoidance of doubt, AuraAsia88 does not operate under Malaysian government regulation. The laws of Malaysia governing online gambling do not constitute the applicable governing law for this Agreement.

Amendments to These Terms

AuraAsia88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice, except where a material change affecting Player rights or obligations is involved, in which case reasonable notice will be provided via the registered email address of affected Players.

The version of these Terms currently published on the Platform supersedes all previous versions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Players are encouraged to review these Terms regularly.

Your continued use of the AuraAsia88 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as set out in Section 9.
